I’ve been getting Venus Viva MD laser treatments with Sienna, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Sienna is incredibly knowledgeable, always takes the time to explain the treatment and what to expect, and makes every appointment comfortable with her friendly personality. The Venus Viva MD laser has made a noticeable improvement in my skin’s texture and overall appearance. I highly recommend both Sienna and the clinic!

I recently went to Novado for a microneedling treatment and had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of — they walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect before, during, and after the treatment.The treatment itself was professional and well-paced; they checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Aftercare instructions were clear and they followed up afterward, which I really appreciated.

I had the fabulous chance to be with Sienna who has done wonders in my skin for microneedling. Her soft gentle and knowledgeable approach and outgoing personality made my first experience and visit here such a joy! This place is fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable (Sienna is AMAZING), it’s very well maintained / clean, and you feel so pampered. It’s a low pressure sales environment, which I appreciate a lot as well. Highly recommend!
